Your post Don't interfere with nature......What does the pictures actually depict, what is the story behind the pics.
As for your comment I disagree. If a person does not like something about their face or body and changing it makes them happy, then I do not see the problem with it. I have had liposuction 3 yrs ago and a facelift recently. I am so much happier now. Of course if one goes overboard with cosmetic surgery then it may become a problem. However a few tweaks here and there, why not. A baby born with a cleft lip and palate is made that way, but I am sure all will agree that to deny surgery because you should not interfere with nature really does not make sense.
